Andes, New York – Project 1

This first-floor custom bath that we designed and constructed is part of the custom home project in Andes, New York. For this project, the entire bathroom was gutted and rebuilt. We installed new floor joists, all new electrical wiring, new plumbing, new framing, and new drywall.

Andes, New York – Project 2

This second-floor custom bath that we designed and constructed is part of the custom home project in Andes, New York. For this project, we installed a cornered claw foot tub, a glass-enclosed shower, and a pedestal sink. The floor and shower wall is custom tiled.

Project 1

For this project, the entire bathroom was gutted and rebuilt. We installed new floor joists, all new electrical wiring, new plumbing, new framing, and new drywall. We framed and installed the new shower with marble tiles, a granite shower seat, and a custom shower door.

We installed radiant heat under the limestone floor, and solid cherry cabinetry with granite counters and vessel sinks for the vanity. We finished the project by installing a rescued stain glass piece, with lighting behind it, to provide light and the illusion of a window on an exterior wall.

Project 2

This second-floor custom bath that we designed and constructed is part of the custom home project in Kortright, New York

In addition to the pedestal sink and claw foot tub, we constructed a 10-foot high custom shower and door, and created a completely custom “paneled” treatment for the walls and ceiling. As you can see, this was done by using wainscoting on the lower half of the walls, tongue and groove clapboard on the ceiling and we created a raised symmetrical design for the upper half of the walls. All of this creates a spectacular bath for one to relax in.
