The Fisk House Bed and Breakfast
The Fisk House Bed and Breakfast is another example of a total restoration. We installed all new plumbing, electric, insulation and sheet rock throughout. We also repaired and restored all the original flooring and preserved the original trims. Where the trims were not salvageable, we meticulously reproduced new trim to match the original. We designed and installed a custom, gourmet kitchen, added 2.5 bathrooms, and due to a fire had to rebuild a part of the interior staircase and several doors. We then replaced the damaged siding primed and painted the entire home.

Fisk Barn Antiques
This project is very close to our hearts. As you can see, this two-story barn was a true gem and Delaware County almost lost it forever. We carefully removed the cupola to use in the restoration and began to take the barn down, saving all the original materials that we could. We then began to rebuild with a mindful eye of bringing the barn back to its original glory.
After 100s of hours of structural restoration, we than repainted the entire exterior, and completed the entire interior work from top to bottom. We free-spanned the interior with 30-foot architectural beams, void of any support. We installed a heating system, including radiant heat on the first floor. We updated all the electric, installed a bathroom on the first floor, and installed all new windows and doors. This beauty is now the home of Fisk Barn Antiques and is once again a gem in Delaware County, NY.
