On the Jackson & Mason building in Delhi, NY, we removed the aluminum facade, uncovering stucco

We chiseled away all the stucco, revealing the original clapboard

We rebuilt the soffit and added corbels, repaired the existing windows, trim, and molding, and installed a new roof on the entire building.

We prepared, primed, and painted the entire front of the building and restored the original signage “Jackson & Mason Furniture and Undertaking”

In the rear of the building, we removed the old siding to reveal the original clapboard, removed a two-storey addition that had always been problematic, constructed set of stairs as a fire escape, and built an external entrance/exit to the basement where none existed before. To complete the project, we prepared, primed, and painted the rest of the building.

For our Interior Work on this Project, please see Floor Sanding Project Two. In addition to the Floor Refinishing, we removed all the paneling and drop ceilings and installed new sheet rock, molding, and trim throughout the entire interior. We also installed new wiring throughout. We then primed and painted all the ceilings, walls, and trim and added new bathrooms.
