| This project is very
close to our hearts. As you can see, this two-storey barn was a true gem
and Delaware County almost lost it forever. We carefully removed the cupola
to use in the restoration and began to take the barn down, saving all the
original materials that we could. |

| We then began to rebuild
with a mindful eye of bringing the barn back to its original glory. |

| After 100s of hours
of structural restoration, we than repainted the entire exterior, and completed
the entire interior work from top to bottom. We free-spanned the interior
with 30-foot architectural beams, void of any support. We installed a heating
system, including radiant heat on the first floor. We updated all the electric,
installed a bathroom on the first floor, and installed all new windows
and doors. This beauty is now the home of Fisk
Barn Antiques and is once
again a gem in Delaware County, NY. |
