The Fisk House Bed and Breakfast is another example of a total restoration. We installed all new plumbing, electric, insulation and sheet rock throughout. We also repaired and restored all the original flooring and preserved the original trims. Where the trims were not salvageable, we meticulously reproduced new trim to match the original.
We designed and installed a custom, gourmet kitchen, added 2.5 bathrooms, and due to a fire had to rebuild a part of the interior staircase and several doors. We then replaced the damaged siding primed and painted the entire home.
At the Beehive Restaurant in Franklin, NY, we constructed a new porch overhang with a standing-seam roof off of the front, supported by salvaged architectural columns to allow for outdoor seating and dining. We then raised and re-built the facade, installing new corbels and siding We finished the project with new siding on the front and sides of building fully primed and painted.
